I found this portable player extremely disappointing.  Mine will not connect to my computer, and so I can't take anything off it, or add anything to it.  When I read all the reviews, I thought this would be an easy to use, amazing machine.  But when I got it, it took me a little while to work it, and not only that, but when I opened the box I found that it wasn't even securely in it.  The screen protector was put on sloppily, and so after recieving it, I realized immdeiately that it had a scratch on the side, and it was brand new.  And when I could actually connect it to my computer, I tried to copy songs onto it, and out of about 30 soundtracks, it only copied about 20.  I would not recommend this to anyone, unless you are  looking for a player that does not meet many expectations.  
The only things I did like about this is the built in speaker, and the earbuds that came with it.  Other than that, it was just very dissapointing, and not at all what I expected or wanted.

This is an amazing media player. I've been testing this a few days now. I've owned over a dozen mp3 players since they were invented. The menus/controls buttons are intuitive and designed well. It is extremely easy to control the player with one hand when the player is in your pocket. The screen and battery life are great. I believe it supports the most amount of audio and video formats available compared to other players. It loads and scrolls through large video files faster than any other player I have owned. Every video I have played so far, has automatically formatted perfectly to a full screen. The sound quality seems equal or better than much more expensive players. My only complaint is the size of the screen fonts. I was surprised that a device with a 3 inch screen in landscape mode would have such tiny fonts. Purhaps that could be changed in a firmware update.
