Q: Why am I receiving static from my AFS1?
A: All wireless devices may be susceptible to interference, which could affect performance. Please try the following steps:
- Keep the AFS1 on the same side of your body as the phone.
- Make sure there is a direct line of contact between the AFS1 and your phone. The Bluetooth signal may have difficulty transmitting through walls, buildings or people. Static or interference is sometimes environmental. Interference can be caused by e.g. computers, cordless phones, microwaves etc.
Q: Is my MEElectronics AFS1 compatible with my mobile phone?
A: The MEElectronics AFS1 uses Bluetooth V2.1 + EDR and is compatible with all devices that follow the Bluetooth V1.1 or higher standard.
Q: Can I use my MEElectronics AFS1 with my iPhone?
A: You can use your AFS1 with your Apple iPhone, the Music player, and Siri. Aftermarket phone and media applications may not perform correctly.
